Can I order more than 100 bottles?
Absolutely! Contact us for custom enterprise pricing on orders over 100 bottles.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 2 weeks. Team and Corporate plans include priority production at 10 business days. Rush orders available on request.
Can attendees choose their shipping address?
Yes! When attendees redeem their code, they enter their own shipping address. No need to collect addresses beforehand.
What kind of hot sauce is it?
Our signature blend is a medium-heat cayenne-based sauce with a smoky, slightly sweet profile. Custom heat levels are available on Corporate plans.
Is there a deadline to redeem codes?
Redemption codes are valid for 90 days from the event date. We'll send reminder emails to unredeemed attendees.
